At Constellations, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we have established the following return and refund policy to provide clarity and protect both you and us.
1. General Policy
All sales of trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles are final once the product has been opened. This is due to the nature of the items, as their value can fluctuate once removed from their original packaging.
We accept returns for unopened products within 15 days of purchase. Unopened products must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging and any tags or seals.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition (for items that have not been opened).
- Proof of purchase must be provided (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sealed trading card packs or boxes that have been opened.
- Special or limited-edition items that are marked as final sale.
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom card sleeves, binders, etc.).
- Digital products, codes, or online subscriptions.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help.constellations@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
- We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or defect in order to process your claim.
- If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- If a refund is not approved, we will contact you and explain the reason for the rejection.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item in accordance with our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
7. Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
8. Sale and Promotional Items
- Sale items or products purchased with a discount may be subject to different return policies. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Promotional items or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
9. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return and any necessary return labels if applicable.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging.
